2. Privacy at a Glance (100% local data processing): MockupSizer Studio processes all image, avatar and text data exclusively in the memory of your web browser (Canvas API). At no point are your uploaded files transferred to our servers or stored in external databases. No transfer to third countries takes place.

3. Contact form: If you send us a message via the contact form, your details (name, email address, message text) are transmitted to us by encrypted email for the purpose of processing your request and stored with us. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply and no statutory retention obligations prevent this, at the latest upon your request.

4. Server log files: When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically stores information in so-called server log files. This includes: IP address, date and time of access, page/file accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL. This data is processed exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation, for error analysis and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the security and functionality of our IT system). This data is not merged with other data sources or evaluated for marketing purposes. The log files are automatically deleted after [e.g. 7 days].

5. Visitor counter: Each page view increments a counter. Only a total number is stored in a file on the server – no IP address, no cookie, no session identifier, no user profile. No personal reference can be established. Automated requests (search engines, preview services) are not counted. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in simple, anonymous reach measurement).

6. Storage duration: We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. Specifically: contact enquiries are deleted once processing is complete (see section 3), server log files after [X] days (see section 4). The visitor counter does not store any personal data.

7. Your rights: Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

The provider processes the server log files (see section 4) and technical connection data on our behalf. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
